Free shipping applies to U.S. and Domestic and does not apply to Mexico, Canada or International.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order has shipped out. It may take 3-5 days for an item to be shipped out. Items are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday or during any holidays. It could take up to 7 days to receive your order.

Any shipping after original purchase may need to be paid by the customer.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

The boutique is not responsible for any packages that have left our store for delivery, or that are lost or not delivered to the correct address. Further, packages shown as delivered to the customer's address but reported as not delivered, will not be replaced or refunded.

The boutique is not liable for packages not delivered on the correct delivery date, but will give the order and tracking numbers to the customer to work with the postal service, who is responsible.

The boutique is not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. The customer should purchase tracking and keep all receipts.
