Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the customer in the way original payment was made (exclusions below). Returns must be approved and inspected by us prior to any refund. Customer must contact boutique by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate return, once boutique has reviewed claim, further instructions will be provided. Please do not send anything back until you receive an official approval from us. Returns will only be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase date for unworn and unwashed items with tags attached.
No exchanges will be offered due to limited supply. If customer would like to exchange for a different size or different item, a refund must be credited back and a new order must be placed.
Returned packages that do not qualify for a refund will be the customer's responsibility to pay shipping fees back to them. If not paid within seven (30) days, items will be donated to a charity of boutique's choice.
Damages must be reported within three (3) business days to: email@example.com. Please include pictures of damage, a description and order number or copy of invoice/receipt.
Payments must be cleared before your order will be processed.
We do not provide price adjustments on prior purchases.
Exclusions Apply. No Returns on Final Sale or Clearance Items. Additional Non-Returnable items include but not limited to: Special orders, Preorders, Damaged, Defective, Bralettes or Bras, Undergarments / Socks, Hair accessories / Hats / Beanies, All Jewelry and Eyewear, Leggings, Yoga pants, Footwear, Swimwear, or anything with appearance of or smell of cigarette smoke, pet hair, alterations, perfume, deodorant and stains.

If returning a full priced item that was purchased during a BOGO special, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
When returning any item, the sale special will be deducted from your return amount.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Final sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
No exchanges will be guaranteed due to limited supply. If you received an item that was defective or damaged, and would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can get the same item sent to you. If the item is not available, a refund will be offered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
